About us:
21st Century REP Squad, Inc. was founded in March 2007. A non-profit corporation in Indiana USA registered with the State Department of Secretary. We are IRS 501 (c) (3) Public Charity. Our mission is unique directing us to help others in an event of a struggle to defend a Constitutional Right. Distinctively the 4th Amendment. We know from personal experience, if faced with this issue, an ordinary Citizen will need help and support.
All
members and parties are dedicated to this mission and hard work.
To become and stay total tax exempt
for eligibility of donations is hard work and the cause and supporters have gave it their all.
According to the by-laws providing and accepting
applications of citizens or a group which meet our Public Charity
criteria and a possible 4th Amendment
violation of the Constitutional is the 1st stage of help. After
initial contact we process an application according to 1st
come. We do the groundwork
checking out the occurance. We then vote to accept in assistance
and support as needed. If accepted we take a recorded statement.
It can be hard to
fight for your rights.
If a citizen qualifies according to our by-laws, we offer many ways to help. A major issue is helping to locate a Licensed Professionals or Legal assistance. We start with coaching and help to organize the case. We assist with letter writing, phone calls, internet work, and all things a citizen may have reason not to be able to proform themselves. We teach and offer advise as recorded with prior situations or in general research. We investigate the matter. Without direction innocent or guilty an offender/citizen can become a victim. In a plea bargain they also may end up with fines or behind bars.

Our future goal include offering the appropriate citizens in financial difficulty. A paid professional
when needed varies in fees. We have helped with the cost of communications, an
attorney, and general computer work to say the least. We work a
one on one basis when doing the IV. Amendment issue.
We accept donates or support by purchasing a privacy decal see our product page. (both tax deductible when itemizing) All applicants will be subject to the rules and regulation according to 21st Century REP Squad, inc. by-laws.
