About us:

21st Century REP Squad, Inc. was founded in March 2007.  This is a nonprofit corporation in the State of Indiana USA registered with the State Department of Secretary.  Our Public Charity status with the IRS is 501 (c) (3).  Our mission is unique directing us to help others in an event of a struggle to defend their Constitutional Rights.  Distinctively the 4th Amendment.  We know from personal experience, if faced with this issue, an ordinary Citizen will need help and support. 

All members and parties are dedicated to this mission and hard work.  This is what it takes to become and stay total tax exempt for the cause and our supporters.  

As we grow financially, 21st Century REP Squad, Inc. has prioritized our organization's goals. The by-laws provide accepting applications of citizens or group which meet our Public Charity criteria and a Constitutional
4th Amendment violation.  After processing an application we do the groundwork checking out the occurance.  We then vote to accept in assistance and support as needed.  Usually help begins with contact of acceptance, taking statements, and incouragement and directions to fight for our rights.   

If a citizen qualifies according to our by-laws, we offer many ways to help.  A major issue is helping to locate a Licensed Professionals or Legal assistance.  We start with coaching and help to organize the case.  We assist with letter writing, phone calls, internet work, and all things a citizen may have reason not to be able to proform themselves.  We teach and offer advise as recorded with prior situations or in general research.  We investigate the matter out. Without direction an innocent person can become a victim or easily end up with fines or behind bars.  

This wrong consequence can and will effect this person for the rest of their life.  It can also effect all citizens as well. Due Process is the key.   

Our future goal include offering the appropriate citizens in financial difficulty,  grant money in help to pay a legal professional when needed.   We have helped with the cost of communications, an attorney, and general computer work to say the least.  We work a one on one basis.
When we are talking the Constitution it effects all US citizens.

We accept donates or support by purchasing a for the cause decal.  (both tax deductible when itemizing) are in the process of finding financial help in paying for an Attorney who is Licensed and who has Professional Constitutional or Civil Litigating experience to assume a legal fight for your rights.   All applicants will be subject to the rules and regulation according to 21st Century REP Squad, inc. by-laws.

Again we take no responsibility in the final choice of a legal representative, or any outcome of a court or non court related issues that may result in any judgment made by a court of law.
