Our Mission

Defend Reasonable Expectation of Privacy - Your REP

Our Mission Statement:

We support the Constitution of the United States of America.
This Organization is a nonprofit Public Charity 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt.
Our principal cause is to protect and preserve our privacy as guaranteed by the 4th Amendment.

This establishment assists victims of Constitutional infringements. We sponsor and inspire ordinary citizens to achieve self-sufficiency in the event of a constitutional violation under the 4th Amendment.

We assist the disadvantaged and the underprivileged in educational programs. All Citizens have the right to Proper Legal Representation and Support.

Specialists are needed for citizens who are charged with crimes that violate our constitutional rights.

Our sole mission is to keep the balance. The 4th Amendment reads:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
   - Part of the Original Bill of Rights.

Our rights are being violated in our residences, on private property, on means of transportation, in places we hold personal.

The Constitution provides due process.  It does not protect criminals.  Without this protection, our privacy and Constitutional rights are in jeopardy.
