Our Mission

Defend Reasonable Expectation of Privacy - Your REP

Our Mission Statement:

We support the Constitution of the United States of America.
This Organization is a nonprofit Public Charity 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt.
Our principal cause is to protect and preserve our privacy as guaranteed by the 4th Amendment.

This establishment assists victims of Constitutional infringements. We sponsor and inspire ordinary citizens to achieve self-sufficiency in the event of a constitutional violation under the 4th Amendment.

We assist the disadvantaged and the underprivileged in educational programs. All Citizens have the right to Proper Legal Representation and Support.

Specialists are needed for citizens who are charged with crimes that violate our constitutional rights.

Our sole mission is to keep the balance. The 4th Amendment reads:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
   - Part of the Original Bill of Rights.

Our rights can be violated in our residence, on private property, on means of transportation, in places we hold personal and expect to feel secure.

The Constitution provides due process.  While it is the balance of law it does not protect criminals.  Without this protection, our privacy and Constitutional rights are in jeopardy.

MARINE JOSE GUERENA AND HIS FAMILY.:

Jose Guerena, a 26-year-old father of two and 2 tours and veteran of the Iraq war, died on May 5 2011 in his home near Tucson, Ariz. News reports that it was a RAID by Az Police who shot Mr. Guerena 22 times.  Lets not forget this as it goes through the channels of his family getting justice for an act that could have been prevented.  Scary times for us citizens.

Title:  Secure in their Persons

The right of privacy has been Nationally put to the test at the Air Ports.  We the people under the protection of our Constitutional rights have what, lost our rights in transportation??  Will this giving up of your/our 4th Amendment right as described in the 4th Amendment stop here?  Will we just stand and allow our Government to alter the 1st part of the 4th Amendment  in the "secure in their persons" against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated?"  We have a responsibility to uphold our rights and act upon them in a law abiding way.  Really don't we have to??  Our Government gets an inch and we allow a mile? Think about this as you watch the news and sites of a "pat down" at the United States air ports.   Think even harder if you or your family are flying these Holidays!

Never Give UP on the Balance of the Law

Written by Tony from New Jersey:  2010

In New Jersey I have come across a process the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) a government agency has been utilizing. This process is, as every one has experienced an inspection sticker checkpoint, only with a twist. At the check point if you don not have a valid inspection sticker a police officer (an enforcement officer from the court in which jurisdiction is at the stop) directs the driver to pull over only to be met by two MVC employees and a mobile inspection unit, that is basically a 25’ truck with various apparatus and gadgets. At this point you are to exit your automobile and release it to these inspection employees. Now I see this as an explicit violation of the 4th Amendment. Does any one else feel this way? There are other aspects to this that I will comment on if I get any response to this.
Quote:

"Where the law of the majority ceases to be acknowledged,

there government ends;

the law of the strongest takes its place,

and life and property are his who can take them."

Thomas Jefferson, 1809
We have come a long way since Thomas Jefferson, we have lost lives in wars to protect our freedom.  Relenting and allowing our Government to control or manipulate the Constitution is just plain WRONG!  Exercise your rights in a lawful way, lets stop the erosion. Keep the honor of our Veterans of past, present, and future.  Keep our personal rights as stated in the Constitution.
